Dr Norman A. Olbourne

Dr Norman A. Olbourne has been in specialist practice in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery since 1975.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Plastic Surgery) and a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh.

He has degrees in Science ( BSc(Med) ) and has a Masters Degree in Health Law (MHL) from the University of Sydney.

Dr Olbourne has a long and proud record of service to national and international Plastic Surgery. His resumé is exhaustive and impressive, and includes such eminent roles as:

• President of Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)
• President of Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)
• Member of the Executive Committee of the International Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS)
• Member of Therapeutic Devices Evaluation Committee of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
• Fellow of Australian College of Legal Medicine (FACLM)
• President of Sydney University Medical Society
